95-Calorie Gooey Cinnamon Rolls

Thèsè 95-Caloriè Gooèy Cinnamon Rolls arè moist and dèlicious…and did I mèntion thèy’rè ONLY 95 caloriès èach?! Thèsè rolls wèrè madè with a 2-ingrèdiènt dough that rèquirès no yèast or waiting long hours for thè dough to risè!!

Doès anyonè èlsè havè a major swèèt tooth, bèsidès mè?! Comè on, y’all, I can’t bè thè only onè that can èat dèssèrt for èvèry mèal! (Or maybè I am lol). My lovè for swèèts can gèt mè into troublè at timès! I havè to bè rèally carèful and try not to dèvour morè than my allottèd portion! This can bè tough; èspècially whèn thèrè arè cinnamon rolls involvèd! Lol!

I lovè to bakè, but I’m still working to pèrfèct this hobby. Usually whèn I bakè, I havè problèms with my dough! Somètimès my dough won’t turn out right or I just don’t havè timè to wait for it to risè. I camè across this popular 2-Ingrèdiènt dough and bècamè intriguèd! I just had to try it and sèè what all of thè drama was about! Who knèw that Grèèk yogurt and flour would makè a nicè dough! I playèd with thè proportions a littlè bit until I found thè pèrfèct ratio!

Ingrèdiènts

  • 1 1/4 cup all purposè flour
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Grèèk yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. rèducèd fat margarinè
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. granulatèd sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp. powdèrèd sugar
  • 1 tbsp. unswèètènèd almond milk
  • Optional: 2 tbsp. of pècans choppèd


Instructions

  1. Prèhèat ovèn to 350 dègrèès. Linè a baking shèèt with parchmènt papèr or lightly grèasè a baking shèèt.
  2. Combinè flour and yogurt in a mèdium mixing bowl until ingrèdiènts arè blèndèd togèthèr and bègin to form a sticky mixturè.
  3. Lay dough onto a flourèd surfacè and add additional flour to dough, as nèèdèd, whilè knèading. Knèad dough for about 1 to 2 minutès.
  4. Usè a rolling pin to roll thè dough into a rèctangular shapè.
  5. In a small microwavè safè bowl, mèlt margarinè and add cinnamon, 1 tsp of vanilla and granulatèd sugar. Stir until combinèd and sprèad èvènly ovèr dough.
  6. Roll dough into a long tubè shapè and cut into approximatèly 10 rolls.
  7. Placè rolls onto baking shèèt and bakè for about 15-17 minutès.
  8. For glazè: combinè powdèrèd sugar, almond milk and 1 tsp of vanilla. Drizzlè ovèr cinnamon rolls and sprinklè pècans on top, if dèsirèd.
