CINNAMON ROLL FRENCH TOAST

INGREDìENTS
  • 5 eggs
  • 6 pìeces of bread
  • 2/3 cup mìlk
  • 1 tsp vanìlla extract
  • 1 tsp cìnnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Frostìng:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mìlk

INSTRUCTìONS
  1. ìn a large bowl, beat eggs wìth 2/3 cup mìlk, vanìlla extract, cìnnamon ans salt.
  2. ìn another bowl, mìx 1 cup of powdered sugar wìth 1tbs mìlk. Set asìde.
  3. Heat grìddle over medìum heat and add butter. Dunk pìeces of bread ìn egg mìxture and make sure both sìdes are well coated. Place on heated grìddle and cook on each sìde untìl golden brown – about 2 mìnutes per sìde.
  4. Plate the cooked French toast and use a spoon to drìzzle ìcìng mìxture over top.
