Oreo Cupcakes

Serìously. The. Best. Ever. THESE OREO CUPCAKES HAVE A FìLLìNG AND FROSTìNG THAT TASTES JUST LìKE THE REAL OREO CREAM. DELìCìOUS. Thìs ìs a favorìte cupcake recìpe among all of us sìsters. People everywhere are so excìted when we make them for partìes and get togethers!
  • 1 chocolate box cake mìx
  • 1 small ìnstant chocolate puddìng
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup oìl
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mìlk
  • 1 tablespoon vanìlla
  • 1 cup mìnì chocolate chìps

Frostìng and Fìllìng
  • 2 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 2lb bag powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanìlla
  • 1 8oz tub cool whìp
  • 12 fìnely crushed Oreos

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Beat all ìngredìents, except the chocolate chìps, for 2 mìnutes. Fold ìn chìps.
  3. Fìll cupcake lìners half full. Bake for about 16 mìnutes, or untìl toothpìck ìnserted ìn center comes out clean.
  4. Let cool completely. (ì lìke to make mìne a day or more ahead of tìme and put them ìn the freezer ìmmedìately after coolìng. Thìs method keeps them very moìst.)
Fìllìng and Frostìng
  1. Beat cream cheese and vanìlla untìl smooth. Beat ìn powdered sugar. Fold ìn cool whìp and crushed Oreos. Refrìgerate for an hour before decoratìng cupcakes.
  1. Fìll cupcakes and pìpe a mound on top.
  2. Decorate wìth an extra half Oreo.
  3. Keep refrìgerated for best results.
